This page contains content warnings for my books.  I've tried to make my list comprehensive but concise without giving away major plot points.  Please let me know if you believe I have missed something major.

This is a Gothic Western novel and contains dark themes associated with this genre. This sensitive material may be triggering for some readers. To assist readers in making informed choices, please be aware of the following:

• Violence and Death: The book features violence and death with brief descriptions of moderate gore, mostly blood. There are two deaths of minor characters.
• Attempted Suicide: A character attempts suicide.
• Animal & Child Endangerment: Animals & children are placed in dangerous and possibly deadly situations. There are cases of mistaken deaths. There is a brief story of a past animal death.
• Child Abuse: The narrative discusses and includes memories of child abuse, both emotional and physical. It also alludes to past sexual abuse of a child.
• Racism & Discrimination: The book portrays mild/subtle depictions of racism and discrimination consisting of brief comments, labels, and mild differences in treatment, reflecting the attitudes of the historical setting.
• Threat of Sexual Assault: A main character is threatened with sexual assault but it does not move beyond verbal threats.
• Kidnapping: Adult characters are kidnapped in the course of the story.
• Spice level: Kissing only (and some poetry).
